Michelle Toppino, Senior SAT, ACT, & GRE Tutor
Michelle earned her B.A. in Political Science and English at the University of Virginia. She also holds an M.A. in Political Science from George Washington University and has completed five years of a Ph.D. program in Political Science at the University of Minnesota (a top-20 ranked program). She has scored in the 97th to 99th percentiles on all her standardized tests including the SAT and GRE. Michelle Toppino is a professional educator with 7+ years of tutoring and teaching experience at the high school and college levels and beyond. Her experience includes tutoring the GRE, SAT, ACT, and other standardized tests, as well as various academic subjects and academic writing. She also taught undergraduate Government courses at the University of Minnesota.
Michelle is a passionate, dedicated, and highly effective tutor who tailors her tutoring programs to meet each students’ unique needs and help them achieve their goals. While exams can sometimes feel intimidating, she strongly believes that learning can and should be a rewarding experience, and she strives to create an environment in which students can feel comfortable and gain confidence in their ability and progress.
